I love the idea of sovereignty and an independent virtual currency a lot, though to be honest I like Monero more than Bitcoin. Don't get me wrong, I've used both as an anonymous currency. It's just that Monero is a more state of the art and privacy focused token

Additionally, I hate any and all moneymaking schemes where the person recieving value isn't also producing it through some sort of labor or service. In fact, I don't even invest my money. I strongly believe that currencies should depreciate in value over time. Not that Monero is much better than Bitcoin in that respect though.

I don't have any inherent beef with banks. I think they are cowardly losers who chained themselves to the federal reserve in order to avoid being destroyed by the federal government, but in my eyes that's really none of my business so long as they hold onto my money and give it back to me when I ask for it.
