I was supposed to get up to Innisfail this winter or very early spring to visit one of my oldest and closest friends but I can't see that happening now that we have the wee one.
I don't think I'll even make it as far as the top of the Gold Coast to see my eldest goddaughter (her daughter) this year.
I do have another trip planned in October (another awards night) but it's only to Sydney and because it's so close I can make it an overnighter.
