That’s thought provoking.
It’s probably because of how similar people are fundamentally that allows us to spot differences and name them.
I think the types and astrology are both real, but they are not inherent.
I think our over socialization contributes to the formation of types. How many impulses do we hide/suppress.

When does an idea become “real”?
The types and the beliefs that the moon affects us could be true, but I don’t believe that we are capable of capturing the truth on these matters. Even if, as soon as we do, it changes us.
What I am saying is that our knowledge of the types can never be complete and so I don’t believe our categorizations of these things are more than the knowledge we gain about ourselves in our dreams.
It’s like we are quantum particles. The observations are real, predictions can be made, but the nature is not understood.
We can call water steam or ice, but it can be either and its molecules are the same.

My brother in bitcoin, I agree with you. The only thing we have different, is that I believe 100k is not much value. It only seems that way by comparison and technology deflating prices.
It’s just my opinion.
Roofers though, take a beating, do hard work, must be a man, must accept bodily risk, and it’s flat hard. I was one one at one time.
I did a little garage recently. I’ll show you because I like how it turned out.
Looks like I lost some pictures. In the end it had a cute little ridge vent too.

My friends were once standing around laughing. They shared stories and agreed that women are more emotional and that’s how they make decisions. Women cannot be reasoned with the same as men, because men are logical and women are relatively less logical, they said.
I jumped in and asked “what if a woman’s goal is different than what you imagine it to be? Is there a goal you can think of that would make all of her behaviors entirely logical?”
They didn’t understand. They don’t understand how their women actually have much more control and logic than they, they just can’t imagine the desires of these particular women deeply enough to see the message between the words and actions.
When men can’t reason with each other, they fight, often physically.
When women can’t reason with each other, they manipulate.
A man blind to his opponents desires and strengths is unprepared for war.
A woman will learn from a man they respect, men aren’t that different. Question you must answer, what does she respect?
A man and a woman who respect similar things grow well together. And what they respect may not be something about each other, but a shared abstract idea or goal.

I’ve shot clays, skeet and trap. Sounds like you were doing trap.
Many gun guys think ideal = right = good. Many gun guys have similar beliefs outside of guns, especially in clay shooting.
My opinion… range masters, gun guys, whoever it is telling you what to do… are all people. A teacher explains and lets you choose, experience, and grow on your own. Most people are not good teachers.

I agree.
I was thinking about how verification is needed in the absence of trust. I was thinking in generalities. Trust enables speed, verification is slower.
It is difficult to enable verification for all, when many things require a deep understanding.
I would likely never verify your work if I asked you to help me make something, because I trust you. Nostr moves fast because there is so much trust in each other to build trust-less things and criticize what is built with the knowledge we have individually.
Our data is interesting because even if I trusted you to do your best to protect it, I can’t trust that there would never be an unforeseen circumstance or attack.
You have it best when you speak about controlling our own data. No need to trust the applications or to verify how they use things if you decide what to share and control what you choose to trust them with.
The point at which we can grant access or not I think is likely where effort is worth spending. I would like to control that and understand better what I am granting access to as a layman.
I can never verify your intent, so I’ll have to make a judgement and trust it. Hope this wasn’t too painful to read.

Better to do on solana than bitcoin. Saylor has protected Bitcoin as money so far. I remember him getting some heat about not wanting to fund developers a while back. Well it’s the developers, not saylor, that want to pile more “features” into Bitcoin.
