The GitHub link you shared is from the Diploma version from 2022, and also from a Github account that we dont use (I dont even know if this is ours, tbh)

I know! We moved from pay-per-view to a V4V model actually with Bitcoin Focus. But the audience was small
(Dutch -> Dutchies into crypto -> Dutch bitcoiners -> Dutch bitcoiners who use LN -> Dutch bitcoiners who use LN to support independent creators -> Dutch bitcoiners who use LN to support independent creators regularly.
But I’m extra grateful for those who do support us, and acknowledge the niche in a niche in a niche .

“Why don’t you ask xyz, they’re a cool bitcoin-only company” — not knowing everyone asks them and they leave money in the table with their ethos and have often less to spend.
“Do value4value, it’s the future” — we did this with BitcoinFocus too, pay-per-view for a premium newsletter, €1 per article. But you need a LOT of readers. Paywalls aren’t cool. Full free accessible content is what creators want.
And on top of that — after securing some sponsorships — remaining independent as a creator is bloody difficult..

Sometimes when I’m bored I just open some random apps too doomscroll.
It used to be X, Instagram, LinkedIn, others. Every time switching between apps, different feed and a new dopamine rushes.
Some weeks ago I deleted all of them. Nostr only
Now I notice a couple of times opening @npub18m7…q955, @npub12vk…pugg, and @npub1yzv…rf8q in a row. But it doesn’t make sense because the feed is the same lol. But the habit is still there sometimes — it’s confronting me haha.
Btw .. I know I can get different/more/bigger feeds if I want to doomscroll on nostr with different clients. But still..! :)
