I try to buy only real food. I connect with farmers and don't allow processed food in my house. I also avoid seed oils and so on!

We tried. But, boy, no chance! The workday starts at 6:00 a.m. and usually ends at 3:00 p.m. Not eating anything while working is killing me. We don't eat after 8 p.m. That would mean 19 hours of fasting while needing energy at work.

I need your help!
We are trying to get healthier and in better shape, but we don't know what to eat for breakfast and second breakfast at work (like proper Hobbits!).
We don't have time to sit down and eat in peace or even heat up food at work.
What are some good breakfast ideas that are easy to prepare? What can we take to work five times a week that can be eaten cold, is easy to snack on, and requires the least amount of preparation?
We would like to cut out carbs if possible.
If necessary, maybe some potatoes or rice, but no noodles or bread.

Japan has so much to offer travelers! We loved the mountain village where we stayed today.
It's also a great idea for a Bitcoin citadel.
It's located up the mountain in a clearing in the forest. Have your own little village. You could grow your own crops, have spring wells, and be too far away from the outside world for others to easily bother you.
Just an idea.

It's fantastic!
I like the strong social norms. There's no trash in the streets. People behave quietly and calmly on public transportation. Public transportation is always on time, clean, efficient, and cheap.
The food is delicious if you avoid the main tourist street.
My best advice is to load up your IC card.
Now, we spend some time in the countryside. We arrived here today. Escaping Tokyo!
I would advise you to look for a guide on their social norms and behavior. This is especially important in shrines, temples, and on public transportation.
Oh! I love collecting stamps, too! It's so much fun!
Download Stamp Quest and get a nice stamp book ready.
Otherwise, learn simple Japanese phrases like "hello," "thank you," "yes," "no," and "sorry." The locals will appreciate it when they see you trying to speak some simple Japanese words. They will help you with any problems you have.
