I should have added top tip, if banks start with the bullshit of endless demand for paperwork, you can try going in at a really busy time and telling the manager loud enough that everyone can hear that "the only thing you don't have documented is my fucking penis length, do I need to drop my trousers". Worked a charm for me. Everything sorted in 5 minutes!

When I dealt with this in Italy for inheritance, I went to the municipality to get a second copy of a document. Same lady just said "I don't know what you'retalking about". Asked her why she was lying considering she gave me a copy last week. Just appologised and gave me a new one like it was normal to just lie.
In Spain, they now have to log on with their digital signature. The best is when you waut hours, finally get to speak to the guy whos the only person that can do the job, he accidentally places the paperwork folder on the keyboard enter key and locks his digutal id so cant log on. That took another 2 weeks. The fun part in spain is when a property is in your name, the local authority can take funds out of you bank account without permission. They took 800euros out of mine. Theres no real recourse. Just suck it up. Fun times!

Well i don't normally do things this but my gardeners parent's house burned down to the ground. Additional thought on this if cost is an issue. I ask my butcher to make a mixed mince for me. 2kg beef heart, 2kg beef liver, 4kg of their normal mince and 2kg of beef fat. Its really cheap and extremely nutricious. When I get it, knead in a mix of cumin, pepper, salt and a little bit of chilli and put in freezer. Home made high nutrient burgers. No buns, bit of veg. Cheap wholesome and high nutrient

What a lesson it is for many that NASDAQ is fundametally backstopped by Iran goodwill and villifying them and then attacking their sovereignty and murdering their leaders may have second order effects.
