We need more height now that we are older. Removing heavy boney, tent, tables, tent weights from the tailgate can be brutal with the Camry’s low profile. We repair almost always, unless drive train or engine failure.

That sucks the biggest a bag of donkey d****. My car just had two tie rods replaced because she is always rollin’ with heavy, heavy honey, a tent, two tables a chair, 3 30lb tent weights, and whatnot. I understand and hope you can get temporary transportation to get your goods to market. We put 338k on my ride doing these farmers markets. It is worth it, but the suck is real. Most beekeepers we know use crystals and locked containers to store woodenware in. I disagree that they must be burned, unless you want to be hardcore organic.

Those mothballs are powerful! We use paper plates with moth crystals on the top super of frames, instead of the balls. You can reuse, it is better than having any wax moths, which are the spawn of Satan.
If you have a deep freeze, put supers/frames in them, for several weeks, no plastic bags or moth crystals needed, and the deep freeze will kill all wax moth larvae, etc. We used to use plastic bags but they were not as effective, and are prohibitive with lots of hives.
I think the wax moth is the worst of all the beekeeping scourges.

I remember my MIL saying I favored Katherine (whom I had been brought up to loathe, by my John Bircher father, as a trouser-wearing, bleeding-heart liberal, Hollywood fruit and nut), and I was horrified. She said KH’s mouth turns down at the corners, like mine. The experience taught me something; that my MIL was a tad manipulative, and that KH was truly beautiful, to be admired, instead of canceled, not so much for her bone structure, but for her spirit of independence and intelligence (which was what my father feared in her IMHO).
It is the duality of life that balances out our light and dark sides, and lends to the rich fabric of life. I certainly cannot see Roseanne Barr in you, but as far as her independent spirit, I can totally buy that.
Could we stand chocolate cake with ganache icing every meal? I think not…
