I’m Demi — a trauma-informed midwife, somatic practitioner, and guide for deep inner work. My path weaves the wisdom of the body with birth, nervous system healing, and the reclamation of our most primal instincts.
Whether in the birth space, in ceremony, or through somatic therapy, I hold containers where people can soften, release, and return to their truest essence. I believe our bodies are storytellers — carrying imprints, memories, and wisdom waiting to be heard.
When I’m not guiding others, you can find me with my feet in the earth, swimming in waterfalls, or cooking nourishing meals for my village.

I remember the moment I realized I didn’t fully trust my body—
 Not just in birth, but in life. I had been taught — subtly, systemically, somatically — that my body was something to manage, fix, silence, or override.
So when I began walking the path of conscious conception and birth, I quickly realized that preparing for birth wasn’t just about herbs, birth plans, or even affirmations.
 It was about healing the parts of me that had learned it wasn’t safe to feel, to trust, to surrender.
That’s the deeper preparation no one talks about.
 The kind that happens in your cells, not just your mind.
 The kind that invites you back into relationship with the very body that will guide your baby earthside.
If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body, feared its sensations, or questioned your instincts — you are not alone. And you are not broken.
 This work is about remembering your wholeness.
 Coming home.
 And rebuilding trust, one breath, one layer, one loving witness at a time.
