The premise is off in this ideology as the definition of a Right is incorrect. A Right is "any action that does not initiate harm to another sentient being."
Creating and ideology by mixing a "right" with the approval of a state is false on its premise in both accounts.
The real mechanics of property are anything that you are "using, responsible for, and maintaining."
Moreover, it is build into Nature that we can defend ourselves from anyone who tries to take this property from us which is our life, bodily integrity, sexual choice, peaceful domicile, possessions, free will choice, and a fully informed decision.
The defense of Property from theft is how Freedom is created.

Buy without KYC. Learn to use Bisq and/or Robosats. This way all bitcoin is bought outside of any jurisdiction of a state and now you are not in any contract. However, if you buy your bitcoin with KYC, you are in contract with the state via the company's KYC policies and you need to pay your tax.
