Been on a personal journey to improve my physical health, which mostly involves going to the gym again on a more consistent basis. Let's just say I spent 2025 slacking off, giving my gym free money and not using the facilities.
I found that I'm more motivated early morning before work and just to give my body a fighting chance, I attend every other day and if I can make it there, I do 50 push-ups minimum at home.
I'm not looking for overnight results. My main goal here is to build a consistent habit of getting a workout in without excuses. Even if that means just for 30 mins because it was too cold outside or I woke up later than usual. More updates to come...cheer me on will ya...

I went out today to run some errands. Im taking a trip soon so I needed some small items to stuff into my carry on.
The store and its buzzing with people running around shopping for groceries, gifts and everything in between.
Walking about to find what I needed, I stopped at one point and thought to myself, wow everyone seems to be in a rush or in their own little world going about their day, that nobody seemed to recognize I was wearing a #WARAB Bitcoin hoodie.
Not that I need any attention but what happened to people's curiosity? What happened to slowing down and taking in your environment? Being observant and courteous?
One employee damn near pushed over an old lady with a walker trying to get through the crowd to go do nothing of importance.
Lots of zombies walking around nowadays. Fiat money affects people on so many different levels but its difficult to see this if your looking through the wrong lens.
Either that or my clock seems to be moving a bit slower than everyone else's. One of the perks of adopting on the hard money standard!
