I watch a lot of the videos on the housing market and it's current state and there's usually a lot of tic Tok comps that owners and industry insiders talk about especially retail buyers for fixer uppers and small landlords. They have a lot of insight into the current state of the houses on the market. And if they're delinquent on the loan payment on the solar and foreclose on the property for non payment, you now have 2 different possible leans on the title and I hear doing anything with them at that point is almost impossible it's too much bureaucracy and money to square. depends see here's the formula, housing defaults and delinquency is at an all time high, so these houses are prebuilds most of which were rushed during COVID during material shortages meaning they're already falling apart and out of spec the roof foam insulation seems to have destroyed a lot of houses.
