Ik had de grote eer om voor de 25.000e editie de voorpagina van Trouw te mogen tekenen. Het is een zoekplaat geworden waarin ik geprobeerd heb zowel de geschiedenis als zoveel mogelijk aspecten van de krant heb proberen te vangen.
Het gebeurt niet vaak dat je als cartoonist een voorpagina mag tekenen (het was in ieder geval mijn eerste keer). Een mijlpaal!

I’m in Belgium on a work-related trip; first time I had the chance to pick up a printed copy of Belgian newspaper De Morgen since I started working for them.
I know print is dying, but seeing your cartoons in ink on actual paper is still something special :)
