Sure, briefly. It's not what the article talks about but it's more broadly about health in general.
All non-native EMF (headphones, blue lit screens, the lights we use in our home, etc) are the biggest cause of the unhealthy state humans are in these days, as well as the lack of natural light.
Like most, at first I thought a lot of Kruse's statements were a bit crazy but when I put them to the test I realised he's absolutely right. He also backs it all up with science that has been getting supressed for a long time. The most important things you can do for your health are not about food but about light, water and magnetism. Seeing the sunrise each day for your circadian rhythm and avoiding NN-EMF as much as possible are the best things you can do for longevity. I'm still a somewhat heavy screen user but I negate some of the harm with blue light filters and blockers.
I highly recommend looking into it. All the things you gotta do to live healthier are free so there's no harm in trying.

Trust is more relevant than ever in Bitcoin. For all non-technical people that can't check the code for themselves, all they can do is listen to people from the core and knots side with an open mind and without prejudice, to look at the actions and history of both sides, and to make a judgement based on that. I want to be on what I think will be the right side of history, and to me it's crystal clear core is the wrong side. That doesn't make me a Luke disciple or a knotzi. For the foreseeable future, knots is just what I see to be the least harmful option.
I'm still on the fence about BIP-110 because I haven't looked properly into it but I'm grateful that it's out there at the very least. We've been passive and compliant for too long. Thank you, fellow Bitcoiners.

No idea about any of that. But I think I might know what's up, it says the article is 6110043 characters while it's actually only 48074 and I guess it is counting pictures as large character chunks? I suppose the size limit is due to the pics. On pdf it's only 5 mb though.

True, can play old games with better graphics on these emulators than even the modern hD rEmAsTeRs lol. It's insane how it's always random people coming out with the best or even necessary gaming tweaks, while not getting paid. I remember having to use a Special K injection to play Nier Automata on PC because it was so riddled with glitches for many years after it released.

I love Breedlove's show, he's a big part of my bitcoin journey. And the first hours of Robert Grant's episode were interesting. But that architect AI is just pure snake oil, and I'm someone that believes AI will one day be close to the human gestalt. The claims made by the architect AI is just another version of some newspaper horoscope. Everyone it "analyses" will have been a scribe, an oracle, or something significant.
