CHAPA BCH Mozambique is back on the road!
After weeks of hard work, repairs, and patience, our ride has finally been rebuilt. This is the update I have been waiting to share with the Bitcoin Cash community.
I delayed this announcement because I wanted to make sure the vehicle was properly assembled and that the main repairs were completed first. Today, the CHAPA is back together, the damaged parts have been replaced, and it looks completely different from where we started.
The hardest part is behind us.
However, the repair process consumed all available funds. The work required more than expected, and during this period BCH also lost value. I waited as long as possible before starting the repairs, hoping the situation would improve, but eventually I had to move forward because this project needed to continue.
Now we are at the final stage.
The remaining repairs needed before the CHAPA BCH can return to full-time operation are:
1. Radiator repair/replacement — $120
The current radiator system has a problem that causes the engine to overheat. I cannot safely operate the vehicle like this because it could lead to serious engine damage, which would be much more expensive to repair.
2. Engine inspection and maintenance — $80
Before returning to daily operation, the engine needs a proper check to make sure everything is working correctly after the repairs and that we can continue running reliably.
3. Front section painting and finishing — $70
The front area needs to be painted and finished so the CHAPA can return to the streets looking professional and representing Bitcoin Cash properly.
4. Small adjustments and unexpected costs — $43
This will cover small parts, adjustments, transport, and other final expenses that usually appear during the final stage of a vehicle repair.
Total fundraising goal: $313
The good news is that the main bodywork is already completed.
The CHAPA now has:
- New headlights.
- A new hood.
- A genuine second-hand front bumper.
- All major damaged parts removed and replaced with new or quality second-hand parts.
Yesterday, I took the CHAPA for a short drive around the neighborhood so people could see that we are back. Being away from the streets for almost two months did not mean the mission stopped. We were rebuilding, preparing, and getting stronger.
But to continue spreading Bitcoin Cash adoption in Mozambique, we need to complete these final steps.

Watching the Cash 3.0 Conference live from the Philippines while my mind keeps going back to my CHAPA BCH Mozambique project.

I believe we can agree that's BCH is the best digital cash available in the world. Using it you can pay of things/products and services that matter without feeling the pocket hurts.

I was just reading some notes on BCHnostr and one caught my attention and somehow he was right. He mention that "some" BCHnostr posts are value less, spam, repetitive, bots reposting, etcetera and I have seen that behavior too.
I don't know what people think posting those things In a platform that have all to post quality content, build their audiences and connect with the large BCH space.
I think that posting "garbage" only make your follower abandon you on the sea and leave you for good. No one want to read spam s**t but content that build or teach something. We have excellent users here posting amazing content and those I follow and I like their content and tip when I can. Why because they share something valuable to me and don't disappoint.
So if you are one of them publishing literally "garbage" try to change and start posting quality content and get people involved and engaged I know that others will follow. I will and many too. Be better and get many beside you and supporting your content.

One thing I really enjoy about the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem is that builders never seem to stop building.
OPTN Wallet has just released v1.7.0, bringing a smoother onboarding experience, easier Mainnet/Chipnet switching, a cleaner settings menu, Nostr chat, and even a desktop app with CashFusion support.
A few years ago, if someone asked for a BCH wallet, most of us would mention the same names. Today, we have multiple teams pushing each other to innovate. That's exactly what healthy competition looks like.

Knuth v1.3.0 has just been released, bringing some big improvements behind the scenes for the Bitcoin Cash network.

Right now I write nicely when I'm on the alert feature using the "pen" feature to post. When I'm here the site is lite very fast and enjoyable but when I am on the Main Page - things get complicated and my data runs like an Olympic Game😂.

Funding Update 🚗
Great news! I purchased the radiator. Now I'm just waiting for it to be delivered so it can be installed. The mechanic has already been paid, and I'm hoping to secure more funding to complete the remaining engine work and get the car running as it should.
The radiator was a major step forward. Once it's installed and the car is roadworthy again, I'll be able to drive while continuing to raise funds for the repaint and the remaining cosmetic work. I still need $193 to complete everything, but reaching this milestone means I can move forward instead of waiting for every last detail to be finished.

Actually when I started the funding it wasn't a problem as the price was still up and made the funding based on that. It started to be after the funding as the goal needed to increase the number of BCH. But that is a lesson to take and always have in mind. Thanks for the lesson😎

Weekend was amazing and I have got something prepared apart of the car that is just waiting for the radiator. I paid for all using BCH AND soon we'll get our car with a brand new radiator. I can still move around but I would love to have it painted and get the engine full inspected.

Two months ago, CHAPA BCH Mozambique disappeared from the streets.
Not because we gave up, but because it had to undergo major repairs after an accident.
Today, it's back.
The bodywork is finished, the damaged parts have been replaced, and seeing the BCH billboard moving through Maputo again reminded me why this project matters.

I created the ultimate CHAPA BCH Mozambique crowdfunding campaign. During weeks I was restoring the ride and the large job is done. The car can move and already gave the first two spins.

BCHnostr Pulse just got another layout improvement.
The “Activity Over Time” chart was giving too much weight to one part of the dashboard. It was sitting alone in a full-width section, making it dominate the screen while the other charts had less space.
The latest update brings all three charts together as one visual family:
• Activity Over Time
• Author Growth
• Hour of Day activity
They now share the same chart card design, sizing, spacing, and responsive layout.
On desktop, all three charts now sit evenly in one row. Tablets get a cleaner 2-column view, and mobile stays simple with a single-column layout.
Small changes like this make BCHnostr Pulse easier to read and more professional as a real-time window into BCHnostr activity.

The biggest BCHNostr Pulse update so far is now live on the beta.
Over the past few days I've been listening to feedback, fixing bugs, and adding features that make the dashboard much more useful.
The update brings a faster and more efficient relay connection, new Author Growth and Activity by Hour charts, client-side search, Notes and Replies filters, expandable user statistics, better responsiveness across devices, and improvements to trending hashtags, conversations, and community growth metrics.
My goal has never been to build a flashy dashboard. I want BCHNostr Pulse to become a useful community tool—a place where anyone can quickly understand what's happening across BCHNostr, discover active builders and conversations, and see the ecosystem growing in real time.

CHAPA BCH Mozambique is back on the road!
Friends, our ride has finally been rebuilt, and this is the biggest update I've been waiting to share.
I held off on posting because I wanted everything to be properly assembled first. Now it's finally there. The vehicle is back together, every major piece is in place, and it's looking nothing like it did before. There are still a few small adjustments to make, but the hard part is behind us.
Unfortunately, the funds have been completely exhausted. The repairs turned out to be more extensive than expected, and during the process BCH lost value. I waited as long as I could before starting the work, hoping the price would recover a bit, but eventually I had to move forward anyway.
What's left now is:
- Paint the front section.
- Replace the radiator (or at least the radiator cap, since I discovered the current one has a problem).
- Give the engine a proper inspection before putting the vehicle back into full-time service.
These final steps still require funding.
If the radiator wasn't an issue, I'd already be driving it every day, earning income, and gradually paying for the remaining work myself. But with the engine overheating, I simply can't risk destroying it. Replacing an engine would cost far more than fixing the cooling system now.
The good news is that the bodywork is finished. All the damaged parts have been removed and replaced with a mix of brand-new and quality second-hand parts.
Today we have:
- New headlights.
- A new hood.
- A genuine second-hand front bumper.

Yesterday I drove around the neighborhood for a short while just so people could see that we're back. Being off the road for nearly two months didn't mean the movement had stopped. I simply couldn't travel far because of the radiator issue causing the engine to overheat.
But we're back.

A small milestone for our BCHNostr community today.
@npub166s…2742 is our first mentored crowdfunding campaign creator that received the guidance and support she was looking for.
Our Mentor crowdfunding campaign was funded only 10 hours ago, and already the first person who reached out for help has been assisted in improving the structure, clarity, and presentation of her idea.
This is what community support should look like: helping each other transform good ideas into stronger projects with clear goals, transparency, and real value.
Now we wait for the next creators and builders who want to bring their ideas forward and need some guidance along the way.
BCHNostr is not just a place to post — it is a place to learn, collaborate, and build together.
