Understood but that's simply bad luck and unrelated to Boltz Mini and can happen with routing to any node.
> 250,000 sats or less have their invoice issued by Boltz Mini (03e9c515...). At 250,001 sats and above, the invoice is issued by the main Boltz node (026165...).
Nice probing, but don't hardcode this anywhere please. It's dynamic and will change 🙏

Boltz Mini has a bunch of publicly announced channels and is decently well connected. You are the first to report an issue with it: https://amboss.space/node/03e9c5157126b8049ad235bdade8db97a473b5760b34781b8c870bd2ba34dbfcf8?section=Channels
It must be some limit you are applying locally to your routing that makes the payment fail. Anyhow let's continue debugging this in the support ticket you opened.
And regarding node selection: it's dynamic and we don't plan to expose this. The node we assign to a swap should always work for you and you shouldn't have to care which node. Let's figure out why you can't route to Boltz Mini.

Via our API, yes.
Not via https://boltz.exchange, as from our current PoV it doesn't make much sense to offer Bolt12 in Boltz Lighnting -> Chain swaps. Boltz swaps at boltz.exchange are inherently single use. If you think it'd make sense, let us know with some details about your use case.
What I'd recommend in order to have this as end-user friendly feature: push for getting the memo feature in Misty Breez, talk to the awesome folks @nprofile…3ytq

We currently still accept private channels on our LND (https://amboss.space/node/026165850492521f4ac8abd9bd8088123446d126f648ca35e60f88177dc149ceb2).
That being said, we are already running a pretty strict channel policy, meaning if your channel has balance on our side and isn't used sufficiently, we close. Also we plan accepting private channels on our LND soon too.
Tl;dr: Boltz is not a LSP and probably not what you are looking for 🙏
