Not that I’m aware of. TBH no one will pay much attention until they realize they have a need for it.
There is rough code on the GitHub. Anyone can use it to rotate their keys but unless the clients are looking for the cryptographic signature they will display you as a different user.
I gave the code and implementation details. Anyone is free to use it as they will.

Frost splits up your nsec into a multisig basically. Cold root identity is one nsec that is kept offline and cold and you use disposable keys that you can rotate whenever you want. Different but could be used together if you wanted to.
