It's already regulated. It's replaced morphine in most hospitals. The question is ease of distribution. People OD from less potent stuff too. There's no chance that they'll allow gas stations to sell fentanyl, cause millions more will get hooked.

The number of users is irrelevant if 99% of them want a safe space, and there's no good way to search for the 1%. The number of posts is also irrelevant if 99% of them are reposts from Jew York Times.
Subtle moderation also sucks. E.g. christcuckery, obsessive bashing of jeets and niggers, libertarian / open source evangelism. Those aren't bad on their own, but they drown creative thought.
