From my experience the best definition of addiction is by Alcoholics Anonymous in their Big Book. They described both the problem and the solution. Addiction is not a vice, it's an illness. And has to be treated accordingly. A real addict is not someone who will take back control over their addiction. If someone can control it or stop it on their own, good for them, possibly they were abusing it, but weren't addicted.
If someone abuses their compulsive behaviors and it destroys their live, but they cannot abstain from it for good and also cannot use it in moderation, they're probably an addict of a kind, that only a spiritual solution, with help of others, can help.

These are some special video kinds, not yet popular. Regular ones, currently used by most, are also described in the linked NIP. Maybe there was an option in the service you used, that allowed for some edits or sth, which is not yet a standard for nostr videos.

1. I don't use this bank, but I guess once the app is activated, it doesn't check your SIM all the time. It's enough that you have internet connection.
2. You can have mobile data from another SIM or WiFi.

Yes, same with a bank account. But you send a blik code to someone buying groceries or withdrawing fiat from atm. So the only thing your bank sees is that you paid 121.21 PLN in Biedronka. They have no clue that you're actually buying bitcoin and the groceries are for someone else. Hence the sats are non-kyc.
BTW: good practice is to turn off access to your location by the bank app.

If you run your LN node, it's sovereign lightning. You don't have to trust any provider to keep your pocket sats for you. It clicked better for me once I found fellow noderunners to create a small subnetwork with. And all of them understand the tech behind it better than I do. Alby hub is just one of the existing options to manage LN node, but works great for me.

It's ridiculous because of the stakes and because of the constantly fouling eachother. It's a cat and mouse game with the referee: how much can I break the rules and not get caught. How much I can make the other players miserable and trick the ref. The simulation is partly a way to show the ref that there was a foul, that otherwise would go unnoticed. But obviously all the cheating is disgusting. There are two ways of dealing with it: turning it into rugby (but it's a different game then) or giving the video referees much more power, so everything is being caught. I think the latter is inevitable if we want to make this game attractive again. But they need to introduce the VAR slowly because of the opposition inside football and because of the tech being not yet easily available everywhere.

I'm sorry to inform you that this 3rd place game was something like NBA All Star Game. You don't play for real, don't foul, don't defend hard, have fun, score many points, the winner is irrelevant. Made that way for the Americans so they think that football can actually be interesting for them. There's much smaller difference between 3rd and 4th place than between 1st and 2nd, so the teams didn't really care to win.

I'm using #robosats a lot and I can recommend it. Also sometimes @nprofile…3t66. But more recently most of my stacking is trough p2p with the people I know in person. Running a weekly @nprofile…j4mx helps a lot to meet bitcoiners and get to know them better. I'm also using @nprofile…c3df, but it's country specific.
I had to embrace the reality, that non-kyc corn comes with some premium. But rarely I pay more than 2%.
