The mental shift occurs gradually in everyone, but it will happen to everyone given enough time. I think the Satoshi will be the unit of account for a time, before it too becomes too valuable to be used in that way practically. I think one day Bitcoin will evolve increased divisibility, perhaps the halving will be modified to be endlessly occurring and alongside each new halving a decimal will be added to increase division.
