People are busy sending Zaps for a party racking up millions of sats and projects like my friend @npub1y3u…yzhd with @npub16fc…shgh who spends a lot of his free time on it gets less than 200,000 sats in a month. Is a bad look and shameful for #nostr

Yep. Data does not need to live forever but the point of making content is to share it. V4V can be at the client level with Zaps. Gossip model could lead to excessive network chatter at scale. Don't think any NIPs for locking down reading from relays. ??? Once that is around will be bad.

The true tests for #nostr are coming soon. Everyone trying to monetize relays will end up complaining or blocking people to create the very walled gardens they rail against. 🤣

I lurk in the shadows too much to do a podcast. Would be cool to do like roundtable discussion on a topic. Maybe like on relays? I have known @npub1y3u…yzhd since 2009 from the hacking/cybersec world. He has been active in BTC since then and got me into BTC and nostr. Maybe him, @npub1yxp…qud4 (strfry), @npub1qqq…n47m (nostream) and some others.
