Ah, I see the issue now. testnut.cashu.space is a test mint.
Ecash from a test mint is not intended to be used with real Lightning wallets, so the melt or withdrawal may not work as expected when sending funds to a regular Lightning wallet.
I tested the same flow using a real mint, and it works correctly. I sent ecash from Bey Wallet, melted it to Lightning, and sent it to Blitz Wallet. I also tested it with Minibits as the mint, and the funds arrived successfully.
I am attaching screenshots of the successful flow below.
So the issue here is the test mint, not the Lightning melt flow itself.

Ah, got it. Thanks for clarifying.
You used P2PK to send to the npub shown in Cashu.me Wallet.
In this case, the P2PK npub acts as the key that the ecash is locked to. However, the ecash token itself still needs to be delivered to the receiving wallet.
Bey Wallet currently sends the P2PK token through its own send flow, while Cashu.me does not currently monitor that Nostr flow to automatically receive and import the token. So the token would need to be manually scanned or pasted into Cashu.me to redeem it.
This is different from a Cashu payment request, where the receiving wallet creates a request and the sender pays that request. Cashu requests over Nostr are supported by multiple wallets, which makes them much more interoperable.
Thanks for testing this and pointing it out. This helped clarify an important difference between sending ecash to a public key and delivering ecash directly into another wallet.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Could you tell me which specific Cashu wallet you used on the receiving side?
Also, did you send the sats from Bey Wallet using P2PK or Nostr DM?
That will help me reproduce the exact flow and understand why the funds did not appear in the receiving wallet.

and i dont how this came into primal

There are currently two ways to send ecash to an npub:
1. P2PK
If you send ecash using P2PK, it is locked to the recipient's Nostr public key. This is a standard Cashu mechanism, so the recipient can claim it using a compatible Cashu wallet.
2. Nostr DM
This is Bey Wallet's Nostr-based send flow. The ecash is sent through a Nostr message, so the receiving wallet needs to support this specific format to receive it.
We also support Cashu payment requests. These can be paid from any compatible Cashu wallet that supports Cashu requests over Nostr, which is already supported by several wallets.
So if you sent the ecash using P2PK, the recipient should be able to claim it from another compatible Cashu wallet. If you used Nostr DM, it currently requires support for Bey Wallet's implementation.

But cashu changed the game bringing ecash
Works offline , paste into msg and move money.
Your concern probably of mints and their chances of rugging you, right?
It's already solved via TEE ENCLAVE

Where mint owner or anyone hosting or just be it anyone can not see their keys
