I bought one but it’s not shipped yet, I received the Pebble Time 2 and there is an app that is hooked up to my Agent running on one of my dev machines. Basically 1 -2 button presses and it starts streaming to my agent.

Key Learnings:
-Configure agents via OpenClaw's CLI or manual configs, don't delegate this to an agent unless you're ready to burn through tokens with expensive models like Claude Opus
-Costs can spiral fast: $50-200 in a few days if you get stuck in configuration loops
- let it make a kanban board to keep track of all the tasks , work and projects, really helps get a grip on things.
Multi Agent setup took me the most time, so be aware. The spawning of sub agents is really cool but you first need a solid setup before you start work on something big. I ran into a lot of situations where permissions were wrong and troubleshooting was burning tokens. Also there are still some bugs where sub agents inherit the default model instead of their cheaper more efficient model which again results in token burn.

The worst experiences were when I selected a cheap model like Haiku 4.5 and tried to change OpenClaw configurations. Ideally, it's best not to use the agent to set up skills or change settings. I’ve had multiple times where it decided to edit the config file and restarted the gateway, which wouldn’t restart anymore because it hallucinated fields that the OpenClaw gateway doesn’t recognize. This approach only works if you use the frontier models. That also burns credits especially when you start troubleshooting the setup itself.

I have been impressed many times , if you use a good model it feels like magic sometimes, for example I had it create a Nostr wallet connect skill for me in a couple of messages going back and forth on telegram, 10 minutes later the agent had its own bitcoin wallet connected to my alby hub using the sub wallets.

No worries! Probably also not a good idea to put a unprotected / unencrypted seed phrase / SeedQR in a bank vault. If you want to put a multisig key in a safe deposit box you want to make sure the the secret is protected by the hardware (cold card) and add tamper proofing bag or 3D printed sealed case around it.

How it works
1. Start with an extreme proposal that you know will cause outrage or seem unacceptably harsh.
2. Let the public, media, and opposition react strongly—they spend their energy arguing against this extreme version.
3. Later “compromise” with a less extreme version—which was your real goal all along.
4. Because people compare it to the original extreme, the new version feels reasonable in contrast.
5. Public attention dies down, and the “compromise” is accepted with much less resistance.
This works because of contrast effect and anchoring bias: people judge the acceptability of a proposal relative to the first thing they heard, not in absolute terms.
Political examples
US

Here is my daily workflow:
Start or end the day with a 1 voice memo on my phone (using a dedicated button), I will start with a prompt for the LLM and ramble for a couple of minutes about all the stuff I need to get done, why and timelines and priorities.
Then I copy the transcript of the voice memo (local model) and paste in one of my local LLMs which will return a structured action list with priorities attached. You can even play with different priority methods , either by talking about it in your voice memo prompt or pasting it before the transcript.

I agree, my go to bitcoin node in a box is still Start9, the long wait for a OS updates is pretty annoying though..
From a home server perspective I think Umbrel has more to offer right now. I hate that they don’t have SSL but there are more apps and services available and it gets regular OS updates.
So my advice would be, 1 separate server for bitcoin / lightning related services and 1 or more for other services. Unraid is also a very nice solution and a good business model.

No, making sure your own and families devices have access to it is super easy with things like Tailscale. But with some more steps you can even run it in such a way that others can access it on the clearnet if you want. Depends on what you are trying to do with the files.
