As an immigrant myself, I believe that anyone who emigrates to the US to realize the American dream has a sacred duty to ensure that the dream remains available to future generations. Thanks. For the time being I will continue using this laptop. Despite being 4 years old, it still does what I need it to do.
I might consider Linux for the next laptop, although when it comes to integration with office spaces, nothing beats Apple.
And yes, I've used Linux extensively, starting when you had to download the 1.x kernel source code over 28.8 kbps, compile it manually and then pray for a successful dual boot. But lately mostly on the server side so it will be interesting to see what the consumer side looks like now.
