Nice, but I'll wait for smaller plans. I pay $75 for 3 months at a time with Mint, as I don't require unlimited anything. This Cape plan has way too many features and is too large for me, a person who has about 3 calls a week and uses little data (about 2 GB in a month), and what I do use the most is wifi.

It's a nostr client that aims to be better than Primal and kind of reminds me of Amethyst, but a bit less visual clutter. It also doesn't make you choose relays, just sets you up with the best ones (I'm sure you can change them, but it's just a simpler onboarding than Amethyst, in that respect)

I don't usually announce my birthday (I think it's kinda cringe to do that)
But for my entire life, my birthday has been the day for everyone to prank me (including a lot of un-fun ones which no one ever apologized for), and it got old really quickly. So I stopped telling anyone new and told my family to leave me alone. Now it's treated as just another day, I'm act happy about that. Just sharing a little.
Still not joking, April 1st is really my b-day 😂

Exercise is 1% of weight loss. The rest is done in the kitchen.
I use exercise for a mood boost, or to get some cardio in. It's also great for increasing flexibility and physical stamina.
Weight loss happens with the dietary changes. People who are absolutely sedentary have lost tons of weight just by changing their eating habits and hardly moving at all.

I do too. We have to make time, I guess.
I know a lady who lives in Seattle who goes on 10-20 mile hikes every couple of days (yeah, it's urban, but she maps out varied terrain, uses parks/trails, adds in lots of hills). So maybe it doesn't have to be every day. Also, if we're active for 15 or so minutes every few hours, that counts too.

I use wisp/mobile nostr like 2 times out of eleventy hundred. I'm mostly desktop.

TOOK ME 500 YEARS to realize I just needed to click through to GitHub from my phone in zapstore and click the APK link for the latest release lmao
Hope this helps for anyone else because sometimes zapstore is like, "Hey you have an update" but it won't let you update thru zapstore (I'm on GrapheneOS, so that is perhaps why--and YES, I have alternative sources allowed for application installs) so you have to click thru to the GitHub link.

Forcing our eyes to make the outdoor light be the first light we see (even if overcast) also helps with cementing our waking/bedtime to be the same every day. This is circadian living. No alarms needed for me.
