Does anybody know a good up to date tutorial about creating an #epub file from scratch, i.e. that explain the organization and content of the metadata files with enough detail?
I times to times I makes websites into ePub to read them and I didn't like the solutions I found so far.

I’ve done some consulting when a company needed some outside help from some people with knowledge of good practices. For example many orgs are good at day to day but don’t know how to plan for a major change. Having people that know what is possible and that can help them shape a solution helped them, or at least I hope so.

My understanding is that buildless dev is probably not a goal for any of the player involved in the standard.
I wonder if the fact that it’s currently possible is something that was explicitly seeked, or did it happen as an accidental byproduct of other decisions ?
