Not yet, but it's coming soon, including the ability to sync across devices.
You can zap by clicking Send and scanning the LN invoice (if on mobile) or pasting the LN invoice (if on desktop or same device). We're exploring integrating NWC and/or NIP60/61 as well for one click zapping.
You can also send ecash directly via notes or DMs.

There is a dropdown menu right under the balance you can click to switch to dollars, then just click Receive and the QR code to show the static dollar address.
You can directly deposit dollars from a dollar account using @npub1ex7…vyt9. Click Receive, choose lightning, type an amount and scan with your Strike USD wallet. We're working on a way to deposit dollars directly with any bank account or debit card.

Hold down the zap button on the note, go to the Wallet Connect Service section and if you have a @npub1get…0nfm account click the logo. If you have a @npub1mut…23vg you can go into the app, click Settings -> Beta features -> Wallet Connections -> Add Connection and click "Open in Nostr Client" and it will deeplink to #Amethyst and populate the info.
