I don't think it is known for that, but Próspera had some biotech entrepreneurs working on experimental things like biohacking, from what I've seen these activities didn't develop in the past two years. I guess it would be a nice place to establish a more "serious" medical business, and compete with mexico and other places. Don't I have a lighting adress in here? I know I have one in fountain.fm because i publish music on NOSTR.

Hey thanks I appreciate that. Medical tourism refers to traveling to get your medical care, because the cost is a lot lower than in your country. Turkey for example does a lot of hair transplants so I heard. Other places are known for the dental care you can get, etc '
