This is a common practice for golf courses (clubhouses), and also for many permaculturist farmers, "churches," & educational communes.
There's a lot of info on YouTube.
Yes, you'd be using "their tech" but this is what I refer to when saying going underground but under their f*cking noses. Because a lot has to do with learning to operate & finding workarounds. I have a very weird sense of humor.

I've no idea how one does that. I have basically kept it to, yes, visiting the feed for the shortest scroll, engage with what I see in that one short scroll, follow someone with a quality reply, visit their profile page, I mean, I actually do visit their profile page!!! Like... I'm a gen Xer actually behaving like a boomer!!!
Then I write a note of my own to share my artwork, &, well, my needs for prayer!

If I was to open up about how I lost my mother, I'd be cutting myself to shreds again, so I have to be very careful about the fact that connecting deeply can also cut deeply by means of second-hand trauma.
But I want her life to have even greater meaning than she ever thought to have had.
I must really work my way through the grief, impotence, & knowledge of the existence of sheer injustice of this world, to be able to "feed" myself the morsels that really should nourish that which will serve me and others well.
It is amazing how self-serving they have programmed us to be, yet in a false way because it ends up not being self-serving at all.
They need us disconnected, numb, compliant, & obedient. To reach that level, they spend billions in moneys & millions of lives.
So what every tiny morsel we can chew, we must intentionally savor so we can digest it properly.
We must find ways to embrace ourselves with love so we can embrace others as well.

Being #right, lately, about anything continues to leave me in #pain for the path #humanity in general is following.
I worry about what I am experiencing with #Nostr. Underline "I am experiencing." What you experience may be different.
Whether it is because I am aging a lot faster than women my age, my personal physical, mental, spiritual, familial crises; or the fact that I have never fit in ANYWHERE throughout my entire life... I am noticing the same pattern I've seen on "normie" platforms coming to a nostr client near you...
The fact that so many of us have so much to say, will fight for such, but then what's said either falls on deaf ears, or on dried up fields where our seeds are picked up by the birds going non-germinated, can be disheartening & thoroughly isolating.
I'm sad by the fact that now that Nostr is gaining traction, it is starting to feel like yet another FEED.
I honestly have never liked the concept of a feed. One feeds farm animals so we can eat them .
The FEED becomes this laziness tool equivalent to the FWD FWD FWD email chains of the 1990's. At least then there was a little greater effort. We went from not visiting, to not writing letters/postcards, to not phone calling, to not emailing directly, to not texting, to not visiting directly the profile pages of those who we "follow" or "follow us" because we've decided to rely on THE FEED.
The feed has taught us to crave connection that you will not get unless you play by the FEED's rules and pay what wants you to pay, only to then also DECIDE 4us what we see, what we read, & who we can connect with by the almighty & all knowing algorithm which we choose to believe is a neutral or benign entity which wouldn't harm us ever.
The Feed is truly the antithesis to what we thought the benefit of the internet was going to be.

To the very kind #Nostrcihes who have been #praying for me & my sisters.
The damage to our mini-van due to my husband's accident, as shaken up as he is, he is resolved to try & repair it himself.
Such is the strong will of the do it yourselfer.
Thank you for your prayers because (I hope he is correct in his assessment) because he believes it is not totaled.
What transpired:
He's been under a lot heavy sadness with what happened to my mother & the fact that my FIL fell & hurt himself on Christmas eve as well.
2 days ago, my husband had been working on our mini-van doing a routine repair & maintenance to the PCV valve.
He shut & latched the hood.
He was driving on the 2 lane highway going 50MPH when the hood opened suddenly like a tin can crashing violently against the windshield which shattered completely.
The force was such that the framing of the top of the windshield dented and partially collapsed.
He almost lost control of the van, but thankfully God & his angels must have been watching because he veered to the side of the road, as opposed into the incoming traffic in the opposite lane and stopped short from hitting the posts of the vineyard fencing.
My husband lives with decades long life-altering injuries from having been almost killed by a truck driver who fell asleep at the wheel and crashed on to his truck head on.
My husband saved that woman's life that day by extracting her out of her burning rig, and injuring himself further.
I know God chose not to steal my husband away from me 2 days ago, and for that I have to be infinitely grateful despite the extreme pain of my mother's loss on the 3rd of this month.
As hard as these struggles are, and yes, they too are financial hardships due to the nature of what they are, I forgot to ask to please not #zap me.
Not because I don't want or need it.
But because I recognize that we all are struggling in many, many ways, and if I am sharing this here with you it's because I really mainly need #Prayer Warriors.
The power of it is insane and I feel like we actually forget.
I do intend (WITH INTENT!!!) to #Contribute to our #Nostr #community, hopefully in the near future with #Art, art, and more art.
I do intend to make my images available to be seen and enjoyed and I also intend to be able to offer physical works as thank you gifts to those who may love my art enough to want to support me with their #sats.

I'm sure the way the pages work over there is different than over here. But, seriously, I used to be a GVT employee & we had to create PERSONAL pages, then GROUPS, and invite our co-workers into the groups.
It's been a constant evolution. I stopped using FB for many reasons. I limit it to family news on occasion.
I was recently encouraged to revive my "Professional" page, I haven't cuz there is just so much to cram & currently I'm grief stricken and all I can afford to grasp is distractions & doing things I'm familiar with.
But, my personal page was "verified" by allowing them face capture me. Same when I went to create my "professional" page (personality/creator page) it just let me, then later asked to verify the same way.
Since I am not working on it and I am not active with it, I am not completing any more verification steps because I believe, If was to decide to be active with it, it will ask for banking information since their ultimate goal is tying faces, to GVT IDs, to bank accounts to close the trifecta loop on us all.

That's all of us.
I'm asking because I'm thinking of going back to church, but I'm so tired of evangelicals & the Papacy never ever sat well with me.
My mom raised us ecumenical, honest? Multifaith. She died singing traditional worship songs to Jesus.
My grandma was Jewish, so were both my grandparents on my dad's side, but all of my grandparents "converted" to both Catholicism & Adventism to fit in in the "New Spain."
My Mother was an amazing woman. She believed and never gave up her faith.
This both demoralizes me, knowing so much I can't even share without breaking myself into pieces over it; & it reminds me that I have no right to lose the faith to which my mother so fervently held on.
We are struggling so much mentally & physically.
I must go to church.
My husband is opening to the idea to attend, & I want to find the way to get my father in law to go as well.
There is one we could go to while in Sonoma County. I will have to fin another one for when we're in Tubac. (we're split-living between CA & AZ...kinda...)
I am curous, especially when it comes to church services, like how much they differ from Catholic Mass.

We must connect with as many as we can IRL.
When this is impeded by one thing or the other, do not give up. If one person doesn't want to connect with you, try and connect with another.
Human contact IN PERSON is not only necessary, but it is vital for our development & for a much healthier maturation in our silver-haired years.
When all else fails, as in awkward or socially un-intelligent impromptu interactions make you feel sneered at, reach out to actual social clubs, community centers, community programs, animal shelters where you can volunteer, etc...
Isolationism & unlove are the main killers of us all at any age. Even greater as we become more vulnerable & frail.
We try exercise, good eating, healthy habits, & yet... Can anyone here bring evidence of knowing anyone who's beaten the death of the body?
How old are they? -"Gee, 92, should've quit smoking earlier, could have lived to 158..."
I am not saying healthy habits aren't a necessity because they truly are. All I am saying is those habits become null & voided the moment our spirits most abandon our bodies & go unto what is unknown to every single person who's body is still "soul occupied."
So when we all work hard on good habits, do it selfishly to attempt to extend what mobility & self-sufficiency you can retain; & do it selflessly to ameliorate what mobility aid & whatever help from others you will absolutely need. But don't do it with the illusion that we will inhabit these bodies, these temples of ours forever.
Focus on those good habits in part, but open yourself to the realization that we, in our physical manifestations, are not eternal.
Neither are your loved ones.
You have to come to terms, on a daily basis, that life lasts as long as one breath.
Who are you with?
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Live intentionally even when you've forgotten what the intention was.
My Queen Mother always told her 3 daughters: "Si vas a hacer algo, hazlo bien hecho, hasta en lo malo, hazlo bien!" ("If you're gonna do something, do it well, even if it's wrong, still do it well!")
I remember thinking, "Even if it's wrong, do it well? Like WTF?"
As my Beautiful Queen Mother Coco visits me in my dreams now that she's been stolen from us, she isn't any less harsh or any less loving.
I got my answer to the WTF last night.
"Even if it's wrong, do it well..."
How many times have we believed in something only to find that what we believed in was a lie?
How many times have we attempted to reach XYZ objective, only to fall flat on our faces?
Even if it's wrong, DO IT WELL.
It isn't about "even if you're hurting someone, hurt them good..."
It is about giving our best try to whatever we do irrespectively of the end result.
We failed?
Did we fail because excuse, excuse, excuse... or did we fail because WE DIDN'T DO IT WELL?
We didn't give it our best try?
We have one life right now. LIVE IT. LIVE IT WELL.
My Queen Mother loved Jesus. So we do believe in the eternity of the soul. I believe I will be with my mom again.
But the privilege of this body, the lusciousness that our senses can bring us all, the way the mind can take us on trips to existing places we've never been or will be, & to realms that we can only see in our mind's eye... These, and more, are privileges we CANNOT and MUSTN'T take for granted.
How does this come to you here at NOSTR?
Because a woman in her human form typed it. Did you need this? Do you know anyone who needs this? Do you think someone would appreciate this?

I don't know. But I am writing it with INTENTION and I am writing it well. Because I can & my mom visits ME in MY dreams, not in yours.

My husband was in a car accident just now. This comes at 9 days after my mother's passing which was officially ruled a homicide.
Please do pray because I don't how much of this I can take. My husband is not visibly injured but our little van is fucked.
