I've never gotten redlettermedia. It seems like most likely it's a parasocial dad experience for most viewers, but instead of the 'telling you to clean your room and talk to the girl' e-daddy it's a 'taking you to the movies' e-daddy.

I think too much overly fantastical fantasy has in part led to people not realizing this. A lot of times people say humanity is purely individualistic because we're not a hive mind, a purely fantastical idea. Even ants and bees and all other 'eusocial' insects are individuals by that definition; they don't literally share thoughts. This could be counter balanced by the idea of fantastic solitary creatures of human compatible intelligence spreading equally wide. What would a creatures that only meat up to mate and do the barest essentials of rearing young (as many creatures do on our very own earth) think of humans, living together at all times? And of such strange (to them) concepts as language and friends? The thoughts of such creatures would be equally as alien as a being that's actually many separate creatures, but I'm not aware of any piece of fiction delving into such speculative psychology; and so it remains purely a fun thought experiment I go back to on occasion.

The Hobbit's a great place to start. Lord of the Rings is a good follow up though it is quite an advanced book, novice readers should work up to it. Skip out on the movies they're the most overrated pieces of media in the modern world.

I wasn't ready for this. I keep thinking no sexual desire will surprise me anymore since I've coomed to so much terrible shit, but there's always, ALWAYS some new flavor of depravity I could never predict. It is correct to capitalize demonyms and among them enthnonyms. The White ethnicity isn't something that came up naturally, it was something that was forced upon western Whites in an attempt to ingrain within them a permanent sense of shame and guilt, to weaken them and prevent them from taking collective action. The push for capitalizing black comes because those same people want blacks in North America and Western Europe to have a strong ethnic identety with each other, whereas they want Whites to have a weak sense. However now many people are beginning to turn it back and identify properly with it. We are witnessing ethnologists in real time. Weather it will survive and there will be a White people it the future, and what that people will be like in specific can't be told. White supremacy and White nationalism wouldn't be a thing if the idea of Whiteness as an ethnicity didn't exist.

Hmmm... Based on that would it actually be right to say the opposite conclusion to the headline would be true? That beef consumption is quite spread out amongst Americans? Since it would mean that over half of Americans would eat beef on any given day, though one day is a very poor sample size for something that varies as much as what people eat. I bet the day of the week, or more specifically weekday or weekend would have a huge effect on what people eat. Not to mention holidays.

Every time I hear someone who's really embroiled in an industry they talk about boomers being forced out of retirement because literally nobody else can do their job, and even they they don't bother passing on their skills. I feel like the fact that he excels in a marketable skill and is set up to inherit a business is often overlooked when people talk about how segregable he is (which happens often, people constantly get caught up on him lacking confidence and ignore all his positive traits.), he's a good investment.
