Therapy. For me, it never felt like an option, to go to a therapist, one that gets to be chosen for me, managed by health insurance. It's such a stressful bureaucratic act. Also... I have trusted that everything will work out for me.
I'm barely asking for help. Especially when it's about my inner self. But I've been struggling. A few months ago, I met a wise woman, she's doing many sorts of therapeutic stuff and she's super authentic to me. I finally asked her if she would like to work with me. So far, I can say, it's a really good investment in myself. And I'm really glad that I don't feel like I'm getting treated. I feel like I'm getting remembered, remembered who I am.
I did a lot of work before, to cut myself off from things that harmed me and made me so depressed. Ever since I'm on my spiritual journey, ever since I found my vision of god, ever since I have faith, a lot of things drastically changed. But the old programs are still running... within me. And I want to shake it off, sense it, shine through it. Doing it with someone you deeply resonate with is truly a gift.
I hope in times of weakness, you will also find the courage to ask for help. Not, because you're wrong. But because a part of you needs to be listened to, very. very. carefully. 🤍

what I did was using the weeds as covering... but it didn't work so well. I'm thinking about your note for next year ☺️ I need to care better for my soil. I let it grow over with weeds during winter and start with a hard soil and thick grass growth🙈 I dont know what to doo... everything dies here in winter

some mondays just hit different. it feels like I'm carrying everything. I miss my home, I miss my animals. I just always hated the idea of "going" to a job, when there would be enough stuff to do, on the farm. or, whatever. I already hated going to school. It always made me feel pressured. When I see the cars driving back and forth in front of my house, even way before I'm up, almost like I absorb all their stress with me. This day will feel easier in no time. Still, I know all my friends and family are physically and mentally away, it hurts me and my true principles, a lot. All those busy cars in front of my home, when I feel their aggression hitting the petal, and I feel like crying. everything feels so imbalanced, ineffective. And we are all in this equation. So I'm crying. not for me, but for everyone. Sipping my coffee. squeezing myself out there, and, at least, help people in need. 🫂

stress 🤷🏼‍♀️ habe sie später gepflanzt, vielleicht hat sie sich gleichzeitig auf Wachstum der Triebe und auf das ausbilden der Frucht konzentriert. die Frucht hat sehr lange nichts gemacht, da hab ich sie lieber abgemacht damit die Energie woanders hinfließen kann 😊
