Blue light isn’t inherently bad. But the reason most conversations around blue light lead you to believing such is because in isolation or through artificial sources, it is detrimental to our health.
Artificial light is presenting light in isolation which is the opposite of what nature intended. Nature was created with intentional balance, and that is any sunlight is over 50% infrared light. Balance out the blue light exposure that you receive constantly through screens and LED lights by going outside and receiving the proper amount of infrared light to regulate your neural pathways and nervous system. ☀️

Your brain and thyroid are some of the most sensitive organs in your body and bluetooth headphones happen to be placed right in your ear creating a direct shot for EMF exposure right to your brain.
Living in an overly stimulating and toxic environment already, wearing bluetooth headphones is just another way to add even more stress to your body. This doesn’t mean that Bluetooth is going to give everyone thyroid problems or brain cancer. Distance and duration are the most important factors in determining risk of negative effects from EMF exposure…so being cognizant of that is key.
I always opt for wired headphones, and specifically prefer airtube headphones (zero magnetic field or RF exposure) so that I’m getting the overall lowest amount of EMF exposure but can still use headphones.
I am currently working on airtube headphones (that actually have good audio quality) to help decrease our overall EMF exposure without a major functionality hit. Still a few months away but comment “BLUETOOTH” to get early access to our first batch when they are available.

Would lead paint protect us from 5G?! Unfortunately not. And even if lead paint did block RF EMFs…if you used your phone inside of a faraday cage you would just augment your own EMF exposure (because the EMF output would boost as your phone struggles to make a connection to the nearest tower).
The reality is that lead’s ability to actually eliminate EMF is pretty minimal considering it’s not that good of a conductor in comparison to other metals. Silver and copper are the most conductive metals and the best attenuators of RF EMFs.
Faraday paint with silver is available but I would consider the faraday cage effect before you go and paint your entire bedroom. Metals attenuate RF EMFs mostly through reflection and not absorption…
So no, I wouldn’t recommend lead paint. But it’s always good to question why something was banned 🥸

It’s completely unnecessary to have your wifi and cellular date on at the same time when a wifi network is available. Your phone is the number 1 source of EMF exposure and a large reason for that is because it is constantly pinging 3-4 different cell bands/towers at a much higher power density compared to a standard Wi-Fi connection.
If you are going to be exposed to Wifi, turning off your cellular data is the best way to optimize your EMF environment. Of course, hard wiring your internet is the gold standard - but impractical for many people.

Modern windows can negatively impact our health because they block large portions of the light spectrum specifically near-infrared (NIR) and UVA light, both of which play an important role in cellular energy and overall vitality. Sunlight is our primary source of NIR, and when we spend most of our time indoors behind the now standard “low-E” windows, we’re removing key inout signals that our bodies rely on.
You can test your windows at home by feeling how much heat passes through the other side or seeing if there is a mark/text for “low-E coating”. Small environmental design changes can have a major impact on how you feel each day, especially if you don’t have the luxury of being able to spend the majority of the day outside (most people).
If the weather is warm enough opening windows fully is the best option for better light + more negatively charged “fresh” air.
If you live in an extremely hot and sunny environment (ie Arizona) having low E windows may still make sense. However overall I think energy efficiency standards has come at the cost of our own cellular energy, and is not the tradeoff I want to make.

Adapting to cold in winter is the key to thriving instead of surviving. Most people don’t realize that car windows don’t just block UVB, they also filter out nearly all Near-Infrared (NIR) and Ultraviolet-A (UVA) light.
When sunlight is distorted and unbalanced, it can be damaging at a cellular level (for example: the truck drivers face over the course of 28 years). EMFs have been on the main stage thanks to an incredible investigation from @sunlightis.life about the magnetic field exposure from an electrical substation next to the San Francisco 49ers facilities potentially being the reason behind their league leading injury rate.
As someone who has researched the biological impact of EMFs for years now, here are my key findings and thoughts:
• ELF Magnetic Fields have been shown to increase risk of cancer + risk of miscarriage at very low levels (3-4mG)
• In 1990 the EPA recommended ELF mag fields be classified as a “probable carcinogen”, but this was reversed at the last minute
• The Niners have practiced at this facility since the late 80s, but the substation went through a 2000% capacity increase in 2014 when Levi Stadium was built
• Man made electromagnetic fields even at low intensities can interfere (EMI) with normal cellular signaling and lower the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR)
• Athletic movements are rooted in fascia, which is a collagen-water matrix that has electromagnetic properties such as piezoelectricity and charge transfer
• Since 2014 (year injuries started skyrocketing) our electromagnetic environment as a society has drastically changed (more artificial lights, screen time through the roof, RF-EMF exposure, etc.)
There is likely no way to prove actual causation of an electrical substation’s magnetic field exposure causing an increase in soft tissue injuries given the current body of evidence, however doing investigative work such as Peter Cowan has done opens the possibility of that being real in the future.
It also brings awareness to the overall impact of our electromagnetic environment on our health, which is in my opinion a severely under-discussed topic because it deals in a lot of inconvenient truths.

Modern “energy efficient” low emissivity windows are a large problem for our health because they block out biologically important Near-Infrared (NIR) and Ultraviolet-A (UVA) light. It takes the full spectrum sunlight and distorts it to being very dominant in the visible wavelengths.
This is problematic, because low energy near-infrared light balances out the oxidative response in our cells when exposed to high energy visible (blue/violet) light. A large reason you feel so drained being inside all day is because there is little to no infrared light. We need more warmth, not less in our cold modern world.

The 5G towers down the street aren’t ideal, but the devices (esp. our phones) we keep close to us and use every day are what we should pay more attention to.
We rely on our phones constantly, and getting rid of them isn’t realistic. Here’s what you can do instead:
1) Turn off 5G in your settings.
2) Only use Wi-Fi OR Cell Data —> Never both. Ideally Wi-Fi and rest of your phone on airplane mode.
3) Keep your phone on airplane mode whenever you carry it on your body.
4) Avoid holding your devices next to your brain or reproductive organs. Use headphones or speaker for phone calls, use a pillow or a table to put separation from a laptop.
5) Keep your phone and all devices out of the bedroom (and unplug Wi-Fi) for better sleep quality.
6) When you turn your cell data back on, give it 5-10 seconds to reconnect away from your body (this is when RF-EMF output is the highest).
Using technology intentionally is the best way to reduce RF-EMF exposure and minimize the stress it may have on your biology.

In my opinion a candle or a campfire is the gold standard for the healthiest light to use at nighttime. Fire is extremely warm (<2000K), dim, and contains a vast amount of red + infrared light. This is the signal humans have used to wind down for all of existence.
A warm incandescent is almost identical to a candle or campfire light spectrum and that is why I think they are the best option for night time lighting in a modern world.
Red LEDs are cool and have been the mainstay recommendation in the biohacking world for years now. However I am not a fan of purely red light, the lack of infrared, the high flicker, or the high price point for a higher quality version.

The process of traveling is unfortunately one of the most detrimental things you can do to your health, and the EMF exposure certainly plays a part in that.
In my opinion the airport RF exposure and the airplane magnetic field exposure due to the turbines and onboard power distribution system are my biggest EMF concerns. Unfortunately there isn’t much you can do to shield magnetic field exposure, but the good thing is unless you are on a long haul flight it really isn’t worth stressing about.
I need to do more measurements to confirm this, but from my initial readings + a paper I found the lowest magnetic field exposure on airplane would be in the aisle seats towards the back of the plane.
Stay tuned for more confirmation on this as I have a few flights coming up + more tips on mitigating the stressors of travel.
PS the airport scanner is much less of a worry than the phone in your pocket.

Whole food form of PUFAs, especially Omega 3s, are a superfood in winter time, because they uncouple your mitochondria and influence metabolism to be better suited for a colder environment. Fat oxidation will be up-regulated, and the ability for your body to produce heat will also increase.
The concern of high oxidative/inflammatory load of PUFAs is far less of a concern in winter time because there is less heat + light available (drivers of oxidation in unstable fats). Now this doesn’t mean you should be guzzling highly processed canola oil for breakfast…but rather thinking about nutrient dense whole food fat sources such as:
- fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel, etc.)
- pastured lamb + pork
- nuts (pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
- bone marrow
Getting cold, eating higher fat, and uncoupling your mitochondria will also allow your body to produce more light internally (infrared + weak UV). Fascinating new research is just starting to scratch the surface of our complex metabolic + respiratory cellular processes. The importance of DHA especially in winter can not be understated.
Regardless, this is not an Rx for only eating fat (keto) and an absurd amount of PUFAs this winter…it is simply a perspective to consider the importance of seasonality + cyclicality in our diet based on geographical location. Metabolic adaption is a flex of a healthy individual, why not give it shot this winter.
There is a reason cold water fish have higher PUFA/DHA content, there is a reason why nuts are available in late fall. Embrace winter - the greatest season for deep thinking + character development - to get the full human experience 🐟 ❄️

No IV or supplement is going to fix the fact that his environment, especially from an electromagnetic perspective, is draining him and keeping him in Cell Danger Response. Tinnitus is a hallmark symptom of Electro-hypersensitivity(EHS).

In 1966 the US government (DARPA) tested the impact of radio frequency EMFs on the cognition of monkeys in a secret project called "Pandora"
The results were startling & covered up for decades.
They used the same frequency EMF your Wi-Fi and 5G phone use.
After 10hrs of exposure for 12 days..the monkey had a "slowdown in the ability to time work functions"
on the 13th day the monkey "further degraded, stopped working completely and appeared to be in a deep sleep"
they then gave the monkey 5 days of rest before irradiating it again and this time it took 8 days for slowdown to appear, 10 days for the animal to return to a deep sleep condition
they gave the monkey 5 days of rest once again, but then ended the study and at that point "the monkey had not returned to normal" according to the study report logs.
The intensity of the RF signal (2.4-4GHz) was 5mW/cm2, perfectly safe based on former and current safety thresholds.

It seems our Daylight Computer has noticeably lower RF-EMFs than a Macbook Pro b/c we have a weaker Wi-Fi chip
DC-1 peak reading: 79,000 uW/m2
DC-1 typical range: 500-2000 uW/m2
Macbook peak: ~2,000,000 uW/m2
Macbook typical range: 4000-10000 uW/m2
Not insignificant.
Not a perfect experiment for a few reasons, but this passes logical test of having a weaker chipset.
