I think it stems from the fact that I like doing things my own way, combined with wanting to be able to pick and choose when I do work
I'm also fairly bad at commitments, like waking up at a specified time or meeting at a specified time
I think I might have like quite bad adhd or something but I never cared to get anything diagnosed, nor do I care about displaying it as some sort of badge or excuse

@nprofile…2g7j well, that sounds pretty good to me. Good that it has a high salary also. I think that if I ever did want traditional (in the "have an employer" sense) work then I would definitely consider doing something similar, as I have the skills/qualifications to do so

@nprofile…2g7j I could, I did 2 work placements from my college that involved Linux. First was as a technician/admin, and the second was helping a software company build for Linux (specifically their server tools rather than their user facing products). However, I've found that I simply don't enjoy traditional "work" for a variety of reasons, so I instead currently live off of selling things online and building a few websites here and there. But I like to consider myself unemployed lol

Rain is fine, operating costs is cheaper than any other vehicle by quite an extent (about £2 for a full charge), quite comfortable if you aren't fat, I wish it was British instead of French
I wouldn't recommend it as a serious daily driver though if you have anywhere further than 42 miles in a round trip to be
