When I was ~15, I had a part-time job, and one of the things they got me to do early on was go to the bank to get cash for the till

Why stop there? Want to get the medical literature to say what you want?
Here's 3 steps for how to make it happen:
1. Choose an evidence base with enough data sources that it's impractical for humans to read all of it, so you can't be double-checked easily
2. Put together a "systematic review" of the subject, using LLM's in both the screening step and the data extraction step
3. Fine tune your prompts for both the inclusion criteria and your endpoint of interest to get the result you want

"Wrong but plausible" is a feature and not a bug for LLMs if you're looking for a system to deploy where you can use it, say, to fine-tune insurance reimbursements to the exact dollar amount you wanted and have it produce the justifications needed to get there at an industrial scale

* The way to learn to use a GUI is by watching videos to show where the buttons are UGH
* When I get reviews on a paper 6 months after I did the stats and they ask me how I got this number, now I gotta remember which buttons on your fancy GUI I clicked and in what order? Not happening. In an R script it's all written down.
