A problem fears being seen and therefore creates a solution — while we solve the problem, it continues to live in the shadows.
• If poverty is a problem for me, then earning money won't ease my suffering, because admitting that I earn enough eliminates the need for the feeling of poverty that gave birth to the desire to be rich.
• If I want success in my creativity, then I label it as unsuccessful — a problem, thereby spending years trying to remove the label I've given myself.
• If I want to find god / enlightenment / immortality in the shell of a refrigerator with legs — whatever that is — before terminal cancer takes me, then I again divert attention from the problem in search of a solution.
I was even given a language and culture that do nothing but ask questions and seek answers — so I follow what I've been trained to do! But what if the dog stops barking at the problem and sees it for what it is?

All suffering and conflict arise from the fear of death, which exists in the idea that there is "someone" who lives: born in the past and will die in the future. Always from the past to the future — never in the present, for we are afraid to be in the present.
We watch a film, following a character's two-hour story, where at the end they tragically die. Do we feel sorry for the character, beyond a fleeting belief that what is happening is real? The character couldn't have died, because they never lived — they appeared in the first frame of the film with the face of a famous actor, and then vanished in the last, with the same face. The actor will live on after the film and then die. And we will see it. Our things, achievements, and loved ones live and then die. And we will see it.
Our body will die, but we will see it. Who then fears death, trembles over things, and weeps for past glory, if we see this "someone"?

Thoughts come and go, like inhaling and exhaling, but often a single thought gives rise to an endless chain of events without respite: opinions about ourselves and others, memories, desires, and predictions. Does our brain breathe, or is it in a constant panic, gasping for air into overfilled lungs? How can we bring constant freshness to our minds without effort, since even effort is a thought?

Beauty is impossible in fear, and fear is impossible in recognition. Continuous recognition of one's fear in all its manifestations — individual for each person — breaks the cycle once and for all. Only then does true beauty open itself, inherent to us in childhood, where death did not exist as a concept, for it is the only source of fear.
Just as ceasing fear does not require subjecting one's life to daily threat — for the latter is merely a symptom — so too does death not need to be awaited in the future, but rather found now within oneself as that which dies. Can death catch its observer — the one who sees its beauty, revealed in ugliness, like a lotus in mud?

Am I suggesting anything? Nothing. I believe doing nothing is a luxury the world won't allow itself, even for a day. It's enough to do what each of us continues to do — with the vigilance and care we wish for ourselves. To fight a war is to continue it. Let the children within you play their fill; they'll tire and grow up on their own. Turn your full attention to yourself, and you'll see how amazing it is to be attentive to others.

We observe the past from the outside, and the future from within. The farther the object of observation, the greater the past we see: many stars in the sky died millions of years ago, yet their light still reaches us. What, then, lies within?
Will acts at the speed of light and thus appears to us as fate due to its continuity. We quickly forget our choices and encounter their fruits later with surprise, as if we never desired them, but everything happened on its own: the idea to build a house seems instantaneous, yet the construction itself may take years — and by the end, the person who wanted the house is gone. The very impulse of desire arises before we even become aware of it, yet it is from within that the future is constructed, like a beam emanating from the present.
We have already lived and chosen our lives — we have already died; we simply haven't caught up yet. And if everything is determined — our joys and sorrows, breakfasts and dinners, memes and hate speech — then where does the determination originate?

The obstacle I see in myself — which I am — is that language emerged before conscious life. I already knew the names of feelings prior to them. Is it possible to live a single day without labeling anything at all, and only later to distill it all into a coherent, lived story by the campfire?

Thinking cannot create or experience. Every thought is merely the result of accumulated knowledge and past experience, regardless of whether that experience applies to the present or is obsolete.
The left hemisphere verbalizes and rationalizes, conveying only the finished form of what has been experienced. It does not experience itself — it is limited and cold. The right hemisphere, responsible for abstract-emotional perception, remains utterly silent, for it must listen to all processes occurring around — and, crucially, within. The outer is always the essence of the inner. What if we listened to our thoughts without judgment, without reacting?
Thus, these two natures — activity and passivity, light and darkness, masculine and feminine — form a holistic perception. From this arises unclouded observation of reality and true creativity: not born of memory or conditioning, but of total being, where the author and the act of creation, the "i" and "my life", dissolve. Nothing remains, and therefore, everything is.
I do not know if this is so, but I invite you to doubt and verify it yourself.

When I possess, I lose. Letting go of 'mine' and 'yours' allows things to regain their light in my eyes, incinerating the very idea of division. The material becomes an extension of the psychological — there is no need to live in poverty or cling to wealth, for all grows from inner abundance.
