😭 It’s working – but now that I do have other modules connected the USB power is not perfect anymore and I get “under voltage” messages on the #raspberrypi 4b (which is picky with power anyway).
Maybe I can just suppress the warning text, and use the correct USB PSU for gigs and recordings… 🫠
It all went fine for this quick test session, but the text does mess around with the #miditracker interface…

When in stress - rearrange your #eurorack
Two strong contenders: happy to hear any thoughts, suggestions or questions, that keep me busy in the quiet before next work week.
Left:
Raspberry pi integration in the case with 12hp of modules stored away in the 1U section. Full #miditracker support
Right:
Full Eurorack configuration, similar to what I had before with small updates, neat central silver panels and the full 3U row free for new things.

What is a simple image editor you would reccomend to load crop and export images and is maybe extendable? Best would be something that works on linux and macOS with a nice UI.
I really dispise the interface of Gimp interface and look for something nice and simple.
(adding the thumbnail I want to crop a scquare out of just for fun.)

I think that can be crowdsourced and then just pasted underneath as comment on the yt version. Might do that on the commute in a bit.
(All tracks are approximately 2:17 so that should be easy enough)

I can’t believe how simple and powerful #faircamp is. It has taken a while for me to understand that I can just have this running on the Webserver I use and build the pages there, which is really comfy.
Thank you to @npub1zx5…d279 for the tool and @npub1nuu…gjr3 for the great documentation.
Now I just need to decide WHAT I want to put there, and some minor quirks that I have with my very unstructured discography.

Submitted my #flickgame to the #flickjam! I quickly threw together a way to switch between the animated transitions and the static scene changes. Making this was fun, I hope ya'll have some fun playing this, too!

As soon as I have something that does UV maps I can do projection mapping 😀 I'm just not sure how well it deals with multiple output devices, if that's what you mean.

I'm not affiliated with them but love https://cables.gl/ it renders everything to a webGL (browser) context so it's pretty cross-plattform.

Pondering whether I remove all non-essential parts from my old bike to make a cute minimal setup.
Now I’m even considering if it would be practical to convert it to a single speed 😀
