Ich (bzw. wir) brauchen Hilfe. Meine Partnerin hat seit einigen Jahren praktisch Dauerstreit mit einer Krankenkasse. Ich habe jetzt einen Fall, bei dem die Krankenkasse vorgelegte Informationen ignoriert, auf ihr Formular pocht und jetzt viel zu viel Geld verlangt, da das Formular nicht ausgefüllt wurde. Ich habe für alle Angaben oben schriftliche Nachweise. Es sollte eigentlich sehr einfach sein, daraus einen Fall zu machen (oder zu sehen warum man keinen Fall daraus machen kann).
Das Problem: keine Kanzlei "hat Zeit dafür". Kennt jemand hier eine Kanzlei bzw Anwaltsperson, die für solche Fälle Zeit haben?
Stichworte: GdB, ME/CFS, Erwerbsunfähigkeitsrente.

has bcachefs been added to mainline already?
afaik the most sacred rule to Linus is to never break userspace. So I doubt that the feature will be removed entirely.

My guess is that this threat is one of the reasons the Supreme court is so Trump friendly. Also the risk for the murderer is minimal, since they can expect a pardon.

The Dacia Spring is very minimalistic in its features and has a Button to disable online services (at least inside Europe). However the "pre-facelift" version does not have this button.
That might have changed with the 2024 version though.
Ultimately it is probably impossible to get a car without any data connection, especially since features like E-Call are now required.
