As a kid, 5 or 6, i was bursting with joy and energy, and i was often told 'you love yourself don't you', which in Irish culture really meant 'you're stupid, full of yourself, and generally awful'. So that part hid and didn't really come back out. The problem is, that part was the steering wheel. Anyway I'm 45 and out and perimenopausal and have no fucks and i'm putting that kid back where she belongs, in the driving seat, and yes, I do love myself actually, yep, i'm alrighto.

in classic adhd style, i've made a plan of action for the day and then one thought has pushed everything off the executive function workbench, and won't rest til I post here. So, any uk based adhd/autism people who are self employed, have you gotten help from Access to Work? Initially i thought, boy could i use one of those therapy lights, I wonder if the government would buy me one. But now i'm like, can I get work coaching? Illustration specific work coaching? #ActuallyAutistic #adhd #art

It's just lice all the way down.
Am too yellow to look up images of either the whale louse or the Surinam toad.
