My feedback:
no. The new AI is no good. Workouts too easy or too hard. You can no longer choose not to accept adaptations in plan. Have an off day mentally? The AI assumes it's physical and drops your ftp. Today I opted for an easy day, swapped the workout, went to start and found the AI had made it harder. Raised these issues with tech, who gave me the hard sell on AI & sent me links to read 🤷‍♂️ and kept asking for follow up. I'm cancelling

I'm cancelling my #trainerroad the new AI is terrible. It's entire conception is just awful, does not take into account how human bodies work.
I have raised the issues with them and they keep annoyingly emailing me for follow up after I ask not to.

Unusually I had to drive through Dublin in rush hour yesterday, mostly against the traffic. Looking at the amount of single occupant cars going through Booterstown, from the city was eye opening. They are driving alongside a DART line, on a road with a number of bus routes. And a brand new, very enjoyable cycle lane

met my wife in transition year, went to UK to see Shakespeare performed, went on exchange to France and have kept the language up, got time to decide what path to a career I wanted, tried lots of new things, had a year away from exam pressure, grew up a lot. the apostrophe's atrophy meant it was slowly wearing away over time, the page's ink disappearing. A group of concerned and similarly afflicted characters pooled their own dwindling resources. With these apostrophes' missing limbs added, a new and fully formed apostrophe was reborn on the page.

When did we get this nonsense that public transport should be profitable? My car costs me money every year. My bike less so, but still depreciates. You never see articles on those losses.
RTÉ of all people should not be pushing this line. Transport should be free.
