I barely know anything about crypto, and I never expected to be the one selling the idea of bitcoin to someone; but I managed to get two of my friends onboard bitcoin, lol.
I think what sold it for them was “With Bitcoin, you have true ownership of your wealth, unlike fiat.”
They asked: “Well… what even is Bitcoin? What’s the value proposition?”
I said: “Bitcoin is just a bunch of 1s and 0s, and its value is the freedom of wealth fiat took away.”
Boom. They were sold.

I’m slowly going through the process of moving all my Medium articles onto Nostr.
It’s actually a really annoying and tedious process to move text between two platforms; I just need to find the motivation for it.
Also, moving forward, God willing, I will probably only write on Nostr! If not, I’ll definitely write here first, and then move pieces to other platforms for my other audiences.
