they're big about disaster preparedness
The whole reason the internet was invented was to be a nuclear war resistant communications layer that was publicly accessible
The idea was that even if some sort of tyrant took over the United States, or some bomb went off and destroyed things, we could still communicate
many people underestimate how the better parts of the military are culturally closer to Bitcoin than people think

2. any revocation protocol will be similar to delegation protocol (here's a new nsec, use that)
3. imagine "delegate" info in a kind0 tag or other replaceable. any messagess posted by delegates should be shown as if they came from the main
4. revocation is simple, change the tag

The thing is it's not rent free. The model of Bitcoin is incompatible with his model of leaching off of government grift. This simply no way he can't be bothered by the fact that Bitcoin is still around and still doing well. He won't even be them richest person in the world if it really takes off because he's just way too salty to go that far.
