i have set up a lightning node for the Satoshi's Plebs podcast. I have one relatively smallish channel (150k sats) open ..but it's becoming clear that isn't going to be enough.
i can stream (at least when i have been testing..) but boosts greater than 800 sats fail consistently.
So..anyone want to open a channel? I can scrape together another 500,000 sats i think. I can go zero-fee if you want or we can talk about what you would like to have it set up.

i'm working on setting up a lightning node for the Satoshi's Plebs podcast. I have been using sastoshi.streams up until now.
one of thing things i want to do is use a value time split to stream/boost to a v4v artist while their song plays at the end of the podcast..
i believe i have a handle on how to do that..but it hit me..
i didn't know where to get the pubkey from (for the artist..)??
example.. i am including Ainsley C's Daydreamer in this weeks episode..

2) Right now I’m just recording wav files of the hosts and importing into reaper. I tried capturing the band audio from lnbeats/chrome using black hole and redirecting into reaper. It technically worked but even after turning the input volume way down it was still clipping out. Not good at all..
So you pros out there using music in your setup.. how ????

I). I feel dumb asking this .. but I’ve wasted enough time on it already.
I’m wanting to use some v4v music in my podcast to provide a change of pace, some exposure to the musicians and to set up some splits to support them.
But all I see is streaming stuff like lnbeats. How can I use that in my podcast?

that sounds like something you can adjust o me the vm. If it’s Linux there is a setting for number of open files and it’s pretty low. I would crank that up quite a bit.
