The more I learn about nutrition and health, the more annoyed I am at the state of modern nutrition content creators. These retards insist on pushing their message that their one pet peeve is the cause of all health problems in the world.
"Just stop eating seed oils!" "Just cut out high fructose corn syrup!" "Just don't eat carbs!"
It's all so infantile. As if all of the undernourishment and sedentary lifestyles can be fixed by this one easy hack.

@npub1php…6l98 I like that Skylar is at least actually anti-pediphile, which is unfortunately more than can be said about too many (not all) admins.
Also, check out my chickens; I went outside to pee in between weightlifting and they all came up to meet me, expecting treats. Such cute little raptors, figured you might like to see 'em.

@npub1php…6l98 Yeah, though what really gets them is being alone. The lack of social context seems to be their biggest fear. They're oversocialized to the point of caricature.
That's why a building after hours or a closed-down business is terrifying to them. No cues to direct their actions, only their own thoughts, which they haven't developed the skill to cultivate in a meaningful manner.
