It was so wonderful to meet my brother-in-law @nprofile…28zl for the first time. He surprised @nprofile…0ags by flying to Canada for our rather last minute online wedding ceremony. It was so nice to have him there and it made our day so much better!

My nieces playing full of joy by the Caspian Sea in northern Iran.
This photo was taken a few months ago.
They would send voice messages to me daily using my parents’ phone, talking excitedly about their day and the new things they’ve learned. They always say how much they want me to come back and play with them.
Their intelligence and pure kindness melt my heart every time.
As of last night, internet access in Iran has been completely cut.
Waiting to hear their sweet voices again. ❤
