Reden wir über #Migration und das "deutsche" Verständnis davon:
Schon die "Gastarbeiter" wurden nur als "billige Arbeitskräfte" gesehen, die hierher kommen, für die Industrie malochen - und dann nach getaner Arbeit wieder zurück nach Italien, Türkei, Vietnam oder den Kongo gehen.
Dass diese Personen ihre Familie mitbringen, ihren Lebensmittelpunkt hier aufbauen und nach getaner Arbeit eigene Geschäfte, wie Restaurants öffnen, war in den 1950ern nie vorgesehen gewesen.

For Pay Transparency - make it a European-wide legal REQUIREMENT that the salary is already mentioned in EVERY Job Offer (even from recruiters) - and also like in Scandinavia that anonym data of salaries are published (while the manager salaries will be fully public (to show the pay inbalance)

Ich erinnere mich noch an die Zeit als mein Großvater als Fleet Manager des Fahrdiensts für den VW Vorstand tätig war - da hatte VW das 1L-Auto was mit einer Tankfüllung von WOB nach Marseille in einer Tankfüllung fuhr. Der Vorstand hatte nach dem Experiment entschieden die Forschung für sparsame Motoren einzustellen, da Benzin durch den Fall des Ostblocks billiger wurde und mehr Geld in Modelle die über dem Passat im Portfolio stehen sollen zu stecken.
