So, after 5 years and much work, I am finally at a stage with my disability(fibromyalgia)and mental health where I'm well enough to actually attempt some basic cooking. Before this, I would live on easy meals or toast, because I was simply too unwell so much of the time to stand and prep and cook anything. However....today-simple vegetarian curry and easy flatbread, and it tastes great! Yeah, I'm proud AF of myself. Please share in my success😁(boosting is fine too).

After 2 years working to be able to walk properly again and getting myself off double forearm crutches, and then 4 years being essentially bedridden except for absolute minimal basics of daily life(and some days not even that), yesterday I moved the tv back into the lounge room. Finally feeling like I'm at the stage where I can sit and watch tv without expending too much energy, and still have ability to do other things. It's a big deal. Please clap.
