That’s my favorite fit too - and it’s definitely coming back. The classic wrangler cowboy cut are a steal and actually one of my favorite fits.
Not American made but solid. Another great American-made brand - check out loyal Stricklin. I’m good friends with the guy, and he makes some incredible stuff. I haven’t tried them - but it’s a fit called Holden Wide Leg. It looks awesome.

It’s awesome - it’s a cotton , wool, silk and viscous blend. Almost feels and looks like an old blanket you’d take to the beach or camping (hence where I got the name). But lightweight weight and made for shirting. It’s super relaxed and has great drape, but feels durable and has some heft to it. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen but also feels weirdly familiar 👀

There’s a lot of American-made workwear brands that make incredible stuff, but often using heavier denim and fabric.
We’re in Arizona, so I like to think we take a similar approach in terms of quality, and of course being American-made, BUT - we look for lightweight fabrics / colors that are better for the Southwest.

I think I’ve made around 10,000 western shirts over the last 7-8 years. Some I’ve loved, some I’ve hated or liked it, but never really wore it.
This one I love and will wear. Super high quality and unique fabric - yet very causal. I like wearing it with jeans and a trucker hat.

If anyone is looking for a linen western shirt - the Ranger Linen - is now live.
Made from a lightweight 80/20 cotton-linen blend, with red yarn dyed stripes running through it. It’s got that dry / textured linen feel, but the cotton makes it a bit softer (and not as wrinkly in my opinion).

Hmmm I wish I knew what the chest size was on that shirt… In a lot of brands like Levi’s or Wrangler, our XXL is more comparable to their XL.

One of my favorite shirts to wear is our indigo denim. Organic cotton and dyed with real indigo - it starts out dark, uniform and feels structured - it fades and softens and turns into a shirt that feels like has been worn for decades and radiates nothing but great energy (in my opinion)

Have you ever looked at a shirt, looked at buying a shirt, and hit a snag? Be it the size chart is unclear, you feel unsure how it fits based off the photos, something feels slow, etc?
I want to make some design updates to the site, and I know buying clothes online is hard. I’m so in the weeds - I know there’s probably obvious stuff I might be missing.

With every production run of shirts - we inevitably have issues. It just comes with the territory. Out of every 100 shirts, we’ll have 2-5 that have something funky with the fabric, a weird slub, stain, tear, etc (these are the ones I wear btw)

Love or hate em, Palantir has gone viral recently in the apparel space for making cool gear / merch. They do “drops” almost like an apparel brand. Some of their hoodies are being resold on eBay for $200-$300.
I think there’s a cool movement / opportunity for brands to make really awesome merch and products. For their own store, for employees, or for vendors as gifts. Imagine going to conference, and instead of getting a pen with some companies name on it, you get a premium 100% cotton American made western shirt, with your logo chainstitched above the pocket 😆
We recently got an opportunity to pitch UT on making them something custom American-made western shirts (we’re still waiting to hear back), but I wanted to share a few photos from the deck I made with some concepts.
If anyone here is interested in some custom American made western shirts for their organization- let me know! We can make you something badass that no one else has, and no one will throw away.
