To clear your block list? It is easy.
Go to: YOUR URL/settings/export
Download the CSV file. Edit the file and decide what you want to keep or remove (it’s only a list of names — really easy to understand). Save the file.
Go to: YOUR URL/settings/imports
Select "Blocking list" and upload the file.

At a later time, I will be clearing my block list too. More than half of them no longer exists — simply because they were removed by their own administrators for their nonsense.

Why purge my list?
First, it reduces the load on the server I'm on — no need to keep pulling from accounts that are inactive, no longer exist, or have moved.
Second, if I ever move to a different platform or instance, it makes importing my list much easier.
Third, I don’t really care about follower counts, but even so, I don’t like the idea of inflated numbers.
