Took a transatlantic flight and the plane didn’t have wifi. Felt like I was taken back in time.
Binged a couple movies without checking my phone, read a book. It was peaceful.
The feeling of not being able to be contacted or connect with the world felt liberating, not constraining.
Think I will do this once a week moving forward. No phone, no internet.
Just living in the moment.

The fundamental issue with “this cycle” was expectations.
In Q1 2025, everyone believed Q4 2025 was going to bring the historical blow-off top.
Now here we are in 2026, and nobody knows what will happen (including the heavyweights).
This kind of uncertainty was the norm back in the day, and I think it was necessary for Bitcoin’s parabolic rises of the past.
If the majority don’t know what will happen, that’s a good thing. That’s your edge.

I totally fell for the marketing and bought the new iPhone 17 pro max in orange. No regrets there.
But it will sit in my cabinet for a week or two while I dread the process of having to transfer everything over.
Computer transfers are even worse, haven’t upgraded mine in half a decade precisely to avoid the process.
