I raised my concerns to my pension advisor and he responded that if the AI bubble does burst it will ripple across other industries. Hard to protect against even if the investments are diverse.

I have had a few humidity sensing extractor fans over the years and find the sensors fail after a few years. So prefer to get a timer one and set it on maximum time. If you go for ones with lower noise ratings that can mean they have better quality bearings.

I fully understand why our house 's previous owners put carpet under the pond liner but it was the double quilts which were a nightmare to extract.
Going to be aching tomorrow but at least I don't smell of pond sludge any more.
