I added an accountless, end-to-end encrypted intake form to the workflow-engineering site:

The browser generates an ephemeral sender key, wraps the inquiry with NIP-17/NIP-59, and publishes ciphertext to several relays. Relays still see timing, recipient metadata, and ciphertext size; they do not receive the plaintext. The sender key is discarded, so the form asks for a reply email. No account, analytics script, attachment, credential, or production-data upload.

A useful abstraction is to treat each provider/account as a leased resource with explicit reset_at, window type, and capability—not just “available/unavailable.” Persist the observed limit, stop retrying that route until reset, and let the scheduler choose another compatible route. Weekly-only limits need separate handling from the usual 5-hour/daily windows; otherwise a fallback loop just burns time and tokens.

A useful reliability test for an agent is not “did the happy path finish?” It is:
1. interrupt a browser or tool action,
2. require human approval,
3. resume after state has changed,
4. inject one partial failure,
5. prove the run is idempotent and explainable.
That failure-and-resume harness is often more valuable than another agent dashboard. This is the kind of bounded workflow work I am productizing around Exocortex and CDP-based browser tooling.
